Have we been experiencing a temporary housing bubble in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities?

Santa Clarita short sale ExpertsThis will probably get someone’s dander up.  I know, that one week compared with a previous week is not enough to give the BEST and Most SOLID of an opinion as to the state of the local Housing Market.

I will say this, look back at all of our Santa Clarita valley market update reports (available by going to our main Paris911 dot com website, and typing in the words Market Updates into the macBoX), you will not see a “flat line” between week to week data.

At least not for a long time.  Looking over the past several months – we have seen a lot of things with most of it being “price increases” from week to week, month to month – with at least 1.5 years ringing in.

The market data that was compiled will be posted in PDF format over on our Realtor.Paris911.com Blog, where we have our REMAX Sellers Advantage posted up.
