Happy Client that asked how much his Valencia home was worth

Michael Sells a Valencia Home with Paris911

Michael is happy. He reported that Zillow said his home was worth around $750,000.00. We listed his home in Valencia CA and had an offer within 72 hours for $1,000,450.00.

The offer is via a buyer with a conventional loan and today the appraiser brought in the home at value.

The thing to remember is to hire the “right agent” to list and sell your home.

This is one case in which we were Blessed to have the tools in order to give Michael the “correct” value when it came to his home and the current market.

Zillow and the other Syndication Websites, apart from selling your personal and private information to agents that won’t leave you alone, also have a computer program figuring out what homes and real estate are worth.

It takes a professional sales person that is an expert in their field.  Someone that has been tried by fire and someone that has developed a reputation of performance for their real estate sellers.

We appreciate Michael and those like him that live in Valencia and within the other Cities within the Santa Clarita Valley and Greater Los Angeles where my Paris911 Team serves with regard to listing and real estate procurement for buyers.

Thanks Michael, We have no concluded escrow as of yet, but we will soon. Hang in there and thanks for reaching out to us via our BEST Residential Values Website so we could connect three weeks ago!!!

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
