It has not been provided for you without some simple vetting. Our clients have had good experiences with those listed below or we have had those experiences personally.
However, sometimes people fall short of the market which they have provided to us and our clients in the past. There are many reasons for this happening – but it does!
Here is our disclaimer – If you feel uncertain about proceeding with any of the recommended Handy People on the list below – please reach out to me directly and let me know.
Maybe their level of service has sunk.
Maybe they are too busy to handle your issue in the best way possible.
Maybe they have lost their drive in the handy person business.
Whatever the reason, if you don’t tell me, then I cannot adjust our Handyman list to be the most accurate representation of the BEST of the BEST!
First and Foremost. Some of the handy people on this list are actual general contractors. That is a good step in the right direction.
Some are not. Those who are not should have general business licenses – that is something to ask when inquiring about their services. “Are you a contractor or do you have at least a license”.
Other sources of handy people for repairs on homes, condos and townhomes are via Angie’s List and other online resources like Craigslist – just be careful in giving up who you are. Meaning your personal information may be sold or traded once you give up who you are…
