Google is not for advanced internet users any more

    Santa Clarita business podcast notes:

    • Connor MacIvor – real estate agent – not an SEO or internet optimizer
    • They over promise and under deliver – this has gone on with our team since 1998
    • Having been through the ringer with regard to people offering different technologies – Seo etc.
    • When we find something good we want to share it
    • How can I do it myself – there are somethings I won’t attempt to do – but when I find something, I share it
    • Type “tips” into the macBoX at Paris911.com to join our SEO list
    • Google Plus – what about engagement – they had us labeled as part of a group
    • Share share and share some more. It should not be a one-sided conversation
    • It should not work that way on Facebook and Twitter
    • Your social medial profile should be filled out on Google Plus
    • Did my friend insert the Rel=author link and did he join as a contributor for his blogs
    • Search Google for Rel=author – get a google plus account and have it activated
    • You can do this on your own, or you can get an expert to help you when it comes to having it added within your blog
    • You are going to want to set up your blog, your website and your google plus account – use your google+code
    • This helps Google connect the dots like a couple of strands of web.
    • Then Google sees you as the author of your blogs and can give you credit – connecting the dots
    • I’m not just sharing and leaving google plus.  I am sharing, re-sharing other’s posts and interacting
    • I am going to +1 their article.  For every one thing I publish I talk about 5 I found and repeat

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. SCVnest.com/blog is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles.
