From what I have read these are supposed to be AMP Pages, Accelerated Mobile Pages, those pages which have been optimized to respond quickly on mobile devices.
As I was searching this AM I discovered that the term “Real Estate Santa Clarita” had several places displayed having been penned by yours truly on our Santa Clarita real estate site SCVnest.com
Within the Google-sphere, we had been on page one for most of the major keyword phrases and keywords related to real estate in the Santa Clarita Valley.
I only say “had been” because of the entrance of Zillow and Trulia. Publicly traded companies which were designed to be lead generators for real estate agents. The agents who are members, in some cases, pay tens of thousands of dollars for the leads which are handed out.
Some real estate agents make Zillow and Trulia the core of their business for business leads.
Me, well I do it another way. I write. I write about our clients and their experiences with real estate. I write about the problems sellers may have in a buyers market to sell their homes and then cover the appropriate remedies.
It would seem that my writing about real estate in Santa Clarita CA is starting to have me hitting on page one again, and that is not just in the Google Local Places for my Santa Clarita real estate business either.
For home buyers, how should a first-time buyer buy a home in a seller’s market? What will give a home seller an edge in an “overfed” real estate market, etc?
Questions and Answers from those who are selling and buying real estate, such as I have experienced since 1998, are incredibly important to cover in the right way.
What is the right way? Just factual renditions of experiences with real estate as a real Seller and as a real Buyer. Not speaking from a salesperson’s point of view, but as a guide, a consultant. One who is sitting with you in a low lit dark green room with green furniture adorned with dark Honduran Mahogany.
I write as I consult. Covering all the bases. Discussing how people can keep safe when buying real estate. Explaining how the protective agent should be performing with their home sellers and home buyers.
