Some, however aren’t used to the writing. Writing takes practice. That is typically what most have to do to get better at it. I tell my 11 year old that 🙂
That is why authors write. That is why the best agents in the Santa Clarita Valley should be answering their clients questions.
If they are just starting out in real estate and don’t have any clients that have questions, they can do some research on Google.
As Google the question, “What are the most asked real estate questions…” – then write about them from an agent’s perspective.
Don’t copy and paste – write original content. Copy and Pasting will create for you bunches of negative issues.
Also, if you are a new real estate agent and don’t have the answers to the questions you want to write about, find someone like me, that does not mind telling you what they’d do or suggest.
I don’t mind helping others out in my same industry, even in my own city, and in my own office. The reason is because I know that most will not do the work necessary to be on top of the search engines.
They want the easy way out, to pay for the positions on Google and Bing. Unfortunately, Content is King…
