Foreclosures may slow down this year but they won’t stop

    I am comparing this title of course with 2008 thru the beginning of 2011 – the foreclosure listings were plentiful and some were even selling below fair market value in the Santa Clarita Cities.

    We had many clients turn a great deal on the homes they wanted to buy that happened to be Real Estate Owned(REO).

    In a healthy real estate market we always have about 1% foreclosure inventory.  There is someone, somewhere in our Santa Clarita valley that is experiencing an extreme hardship and unable to keep their home.
