Foreclosures in the Santa Clarita Valley for July 2, 2011

    It does my heart good to keep with the postings of daily Foreclosure Updates for the Cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley. You will see that there is a lot of “under the radar” activity that occurs on a 24 hour basis.

    We have been working with a few of the banks and the clearing of their REO and Foreclosure Inventory.  Most agents do in some fashion.  Difference is we do have an account that has been granted to us by one of the major banks to handle their REO assets.

    The learning curve was great – but that was was given to Paris and I over 3 years ago.  It was a definitive key to us understanding the foreclosure and reo market better. We also know how the banks look at their pricing strategy.  That knowledge is invaluable to keep the bank happy, but more importantly to keep our clients in the best and most advantageous position possible.
