Foreclosures are down in Santa Clarita Cities and Equity Sales are Up!

    With a continual lacking of Foreclosure inventory for the cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley, we are watching as more and more Equity Sellers are contacting our REMAX of Santa Clarita Team to list their homes.

    In fact, we have noticed that there are a lot of Standard Sales hitting the market for sale that are not FLIPS.  We are seeing the Standard Sale Sellers able to get more money than they expected by having buyers that are “all in” with cash buy their homes.Sellers, unite and get your market reports

    With a successful blend of marketing and strategic positioning, we were able to bring a buyer, all cash, to one of our Sellers listings in Santa Clarita recently.  We priced the home at above Fair market Value.  After taking our customary 7 days to position the listing within all the portals we use to do our Paris911 Marketing blitz, we released flooded the Buyers market with the home for sale.

    We then watched as the flurry of activity hit.  Within 12 hours, we were under contract with an all cash buyer, we reduced the contingency removal period to 7 days, the buyer gave our sellers full asking price, and they wanted to close in 14 days.  14  days later – our Sellers, were in Idaho buying a home with the Top Idaho Agent we referred our Sellers to.
