In Newhall CA 91321 we are tracking 30 pre foreclosure listings. We are also monitoring 33 bank owned properties in Newhall CA. Three of the distressed property listings have been sold to a third and we have 15 homes that are slotted for a upcoming auction.
Stevenson Ranch is reporting similar numbers reference to distressed real estate. We are currently tracking 33 pre foreclosure listings, we see 16 properties headed to auction in Stevenson Ranch and we have 13 of the homes in SR that are Bank Owned. There are 3 real estate properties that have been sold to a third.
Valencia CA – Zip Code 91355, My Foreclosure Team is currently tracking the following numbers 28 pre foreclosures. We see that there are 12 real estate listings that are headed to auction. The Bank Owned numbers in Zip Code 91355 are currently 22. 10 Valencia CA homes have been sold to a third.
Valencia CA – Zip Code 91354, We are currently monitoring a Total of 84 distressed real estate listings, homes, condos and town-homes. During the time of our Foreclosure Update, we are currently tracking 31 of those that are pre foreclosure in nature. We see that 17 of those properties are headed to the auction block and that 31 of those listings are bank owned. 5 of those homes have been sold to a third.
Total Santa Clarita Valley Distressed inventory is at 365. We have 125 of those being Santa Clarita pre foreclosures, we have 82 of those listings headed to the auction block. We have been tracking 131 bank owned real estate listings in the SCV Cities, plus 27 that have been sold to a third in SCV.
Point of Clarification: “Sold to Third” – At a trustee sale, the first bidder is the Foreclosing Lender – that is called the Opening Bid or is also known as the “Drop Bid”. If there is a third party that bids above the bank and is the winning bidder – then the property shows as “Sold to Third”. Furthermore, there are two possible results of a trustee sale – Sold to the Bank and Sold to Third!
