Foreclosure and Bank Owned update for Santa Clarita 2015-140

local agents, best realtors, paris911While this is not only a Foreclosure, Bank Owned and Real Estate Owned Broadcast – this is more of a complete real estate update and radio show broadcast.

We also covered some of the intel related to the Fact Buyers of real estate cancel escrow. We started our Once Upon a Time in Real Estate segment at 10:10 – see what we think of Buyers that cancel escrow and our philosophy.

I was also very happy with the Santa Clarita home inspector and the way in which he handled the buyer’s cancellation “mid stream” after about 20 minutes of inspection time. Check that segment at show mark at 12:28.

During the show today we talked about the Santa Clarita Foreclosure market, which is not much of a market.

We are returning the 1% healthy market levels that we had back prior to the last real estate cycle crash.

Out of the Santa Clarita Valley Cities – Total, including the City of Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Newhall, Canyon Country and Saugus – We have a total of 306 distressed homes that are in some kind of distressed process.

These include 108 pre foreclosures, that are on the market for sale.

Also, we have 67 real estate listings that are headed for the auction block.

Of the listings that are currently on the “radar” we see that 77 are bank owned presently and that could be something that a buyer can possibly procure.

The resource that I have been using to get the intel related to the current foreclosure market is under our Foreclosure Tab at our Main Santa Clarita real estate website.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
