235 homes are currently in the backup position of escrow – this means they are under contract. However, with this status, the seller’s supposedly want additional offers written and more showings due to the current offer being not as secure as they’d like.
212 homes are currently in the pending status – meaning these homes are in escrow – under contract and the offer which was signed off on is so “wonderfully secure” the owner does not want any additional viewings or offers!

Depending on buyer drive and how many buyers are motivated, will depend on how prices trend during the next several months.
