    Featured presentation on Slideshare

    What an honor. This has happened to me twice thus far in my membership with SlideShare.

    There are a lot of ways to advertise and build a brand. There are some systems that really fall short of being okay and others that are GREAT in the building of a brand, real estate or otherwise.

    Slide-share is one of those. But in order to use it to it’s full effectiveness, you must add value. The presentations I build that are “lacking” in what people “Value”, the less views they receive.

    However, when I put something together that “everyone” can learn from – the views go off the chart. So hence this Real Estate Marketing presentation I built yesterday in the wee hours of the morning.

    By the way, I built the presentation originally on Haiku Deck – I love that system. It does more than build slideshare presentations. It’s a another way to obtain more exposure for your ‘outlined’ thoughts that you decide to build out.

However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
