Facebook Real Estate Resources by Santa Clarita Realtors

    To publish anything is easy. To keep what is published on topic and away from selfish opinion – very hard. You can see that when just looking for information on toasters.

    It seems everyone has an opinion and the price of admission to have an opinion is really low.

    We at REMAX of SCV and the SCVnest/Paris911 Team of Associates is constantly raising the bar when it comes to the dissemination of quality real estate information.

    On our Facebook Pages for real estate related topics, we have our clients covered. We are constantly writing about the Santa Clarita real estate market and sharing data that has had an impact on our local housing economy.

    During our venture into real estate with the representation of both buyers and sellers of real estate, that was in 1998, we have seen some very deceitful articles written within the online channels.

    Just a few days ago prior to the writing of this post. I found a real estate website that was paying for placement at the top of the charts, appearing as a result of the keyword phrase inquiry – santa clarita real estate.

    The website was touting over 16,000 real estate listings for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley Area. That is at best misleading. Where I see that really being is downright deceitful. The site was that of a local who is apparently paying the wrong “internet provider for real estate services” to maintain his systems for his clients.

    BTW – there aren’t 16,000 real estate listings currently for sale in All of Southern California – as of 04122017, 1642hrs.


    Once a client falls on that page, they are going to be forced to register only to be disappointed and feel misled.

    If the real estate agent is misleading in their advertising, the client will imagine they will be worse when there is real money “aka their commission” on the line.

    This was the page on Facebook that we started back in the day. It carries the lion’s share of likes and is updated often. We get a lot of clients via this system that inquire and ask questions. We also communicate with those clients, new ones and ones yet to be ours on our main Facebook real estate page.

    New Santa Clarita homes on Facebook

    A lot of people don’t know that we serve our clients with the purchase of new homes in the Santa Clarita Valley and within the Greater Los Angeles Areas. Our mission with regard to new homes is simple. We are there to protect and serve our new home buyer’s needs. They don’t pay for our services. The new home builder does. Our new home clients don’t sacrifice any credits, discounts, incentives or builder advantages by hiring us to represent them with the purchase of new housing.
