Dripping out Foreclosures – a Few at a time in Santa Clarita Cities

    Nothing will return us back to 2007-2009 – when the foreclosures were being released by the banks hand over fist.

    Today, we have some interesting new Foreclosure Releases to share with you.  Do you see all three of these foreclosures?  They are going to have multiple offers in hours – in fact, there are “cash investors” that are going to have their offers submitted.

    Some would say that i’d be best to use the listing agents because there is incentive for the listing agent to represent both sides of the transaction – It’s called a double commission.

    I say “hog wash”.  All of the banks that we work with, they are big, that Paris and I work with, only pay us for the listing side.  There is no compensation when we bring our own buyer to the foreclosures we are given to sell.  Meaning we have double the liability without the compensation.
