    Santa Clarita market updates provided by the Local Santa Clarita Real Estate agents with REMAX of Santa Clarita and The Paris911 Team.

    With all of the happenings within the Real Estate front, we have been blessed to have hired an Independent Research company Santa Clarita lost and found sitepresenting the “Clean Real Estate data”.  Clean versus dirty.  Dirty data comes in when it has been maniuplated to promote a Buying or Selling Decision.

    Here are some examples of what you may find on-line with regard to the manipulation of The Real Estate Data:

    • “It’s a GREAT time to buy…” – This buying decision is manipulated with showing one side of the Data.  Those that maybe viewed as “twisted” will take the homes for sale and lock down a “high volume and moving” section and then advertise it as their justification with regard to “Buy Now – if you wait you will be list” method.
    • “Sellers, there is no time like the present…” – This one has Data Manipulation all over it.  They typically have a few homes that were recorded sold either for Cash or in a deal that did not require an appraisal.  They take that data, twist it a bit, and you have the manipulation of a Selling Decision in Real Estate.
    • “Lock in your Super Low Interest Rate Today…” – This comes to us from the lending front.  We have watched as this technique has been implemented and it has been quite successful.  The problem with this approach is to lock a rate you must have a home identified with an accepted offer – opening escrow.  From the “outside looking in” it looks like a GREAT Thing.  Unfortunately, it is another game by the Manipulation Masters of Real Estate!!!

    Hey – Manipulation Masters of Real Estate…  I think that is a great name for a website.  LOL – I have far too many as it is and I am the one that maintains and writes the content, I’ll refrain.  If your thinking about building said site – I’ll be a guest blogger.
