Do you use Video for your Santa Clarita Business?

    Video – it is the new Green.  Or at least that Is what I think.  I would seem apparent that some would rather watch a video or listen to a audio program than read.  I know when I am surfing, blogging or writing content on one of our Blogs – such as this one, I don’t mind listening to Audio.  I enjoy Starting a YouTube Video that teaches me something while I work.  With it’s running in the background – I can kill two birds with one stone.

    That brings me to Video for your Business.  You might be a bit camera shy, but if you have a website and know how to put content together – you will be well on your way to Maximizing the Benefits that YouTube and other Video Platforms can give you.

    More than 1/2 of the people that search for anything – start on YouTube.  Lately, I have been doing the very same thing when I am looking for news, events or content related to our Real Estate Business.

    Here is an example of a very simple video showing off some of our wares.  I give a location of where people can go to find the very same “real estate” related content(on one of our platforms). I then give some Tips on the current market – tips that people will find interesting.

    If you manufacture Hammers – and have a page on your website about Hammer production with statistics – you might put together a video displaying and explaining that page of your website.

    Keeping our Video’s under 3 minutes ensures that 67% of those viewing will click first – it also ensures they will hang in there until it completes playing. (Not my statistics – but Internet Video in General…)

    What are you waiting for – you can Google Screen Burners – You can purchase them on line.  I used to use a Service like Screen Toaster – I don’t believe it is around any longer – but I know you will find similar products.  Try WebCamMax – google that too!!!
