If you have been looking around the internet at Real Estate in the Santa Clarita Valley – You might find yourselves “googling” the addresses to find the listing agent. There is nothing wrong with this – but if the listing agent is not “plugged” into the net in the proper manner and advertising their sellers listings with all their might – you probably will end up on one of our Real Estate blogs finding our team 🙂
The MLS – Multiple Listing Service and the Board of Realtors rules mandate that each and every listing that populates the Web have the listing agent and brokerage displayed on the page where shown.
Some only want to work with the listing agents, even for our sellers, we find that when it comes to Dual Agency, some are a bit reluctant. Dual Agency is the act of a Realtor representing both the buyer and seller on a single property. If you are a Seller in the Santa Clarita Real Estate market – you know that your agent knows your bottom line. If you are a buyer in the Real Estate market, your agent knows your qualification amount as well.

Add to this “top agents” list above the ability, tried and true negotiation skill sets, and having been in the Real Estate trenches as active participants. As a Buyer and or Seller – you can see how this will give you the advantages of Exposure, Marketing, Research and Market conditions as they exist in any Real Estate market.

The only secret to the real estate resale industry is “hard work”. Exposure cannot only be by typing text alone – there needs to be relationships built between clients, other agents and the agent that is representing you. Without the relationship between other agents – “agent to agent”, your offer might miss the mark. Presence does not only apply to an on-line marketing ability – it also applies to an agent, that is representing the seller, having a positive track record of a successful closings with the agent representing the buyer.
That is, in some cases, very hard to come by. Ask your agent how they communicate, confide and compete in the Real Estate market with other Agents and Realtors. If they have a positive view of others in their field of Real Estate, you are probably on the right track. If they seem to have a problem with everyone that exists in their Real Estate pond – you might take a breath and a second look at who is representing you!
