    Do real estate buyers want Hugs?

    I think some would think that is an added bonus…  But I know what buyers want and that is Information.  You, as a real estate agent, are the clients adviser. Even though they might have sold and bought several homes to the point they are contacting you. Real Estate buyers want to work with someone that does not hold punches and with someone that will not take them down the path to hardship.

    What is Truth?  The way we look at that question is by wanting to focus on “the facts”.  Conjecture and opinion both have their place – but at a minimum level in real estate.  No one knows what the real estate market will be tomorrow. Therefore, agents that do their best to add “value” first, are still in business today.

    Here is a Buyer Video that we send out to our IDX registrants.  Registering to search for homes is not necessary on our Real Estate Search systems.

    However, over 90% of those using our tools to search for Active Real Estate Listings, find the value with getting available properties emailed directly to their in-box.  Not by chance – but at the very moment they hit the market for sale.
