    Did I tell you we were Top Listing Agents at REMAX of Santa Clarita CA

    The driving force behind our real estate business has to be the Sellers of the world. Buyers are wonderful, but sellers are a bit more needy and not in a bad way.

    Look at it this way.  With real estate buyers, we have no contract, at least with most.  They are surfing the internet all day long to find properties that suit them.

    It is very rare for a buyer of real estate to let their real estate agent do that they do best, find listings that fit their needs.

    It is also more rare to have a buyer that will get into contract with their real estate representative by means of a Buyer Broker Agreement.  If they did, they would now be as strong as a real estate seller in position.  They have a signed contract between themselves and their agent.

    Back to the Sellers of Santa Clarita real estate.  There are three types of Sellers that are the most prevalent in today’s real estate market.  The first is the Standard Seller.  They have equity and usually want to buy something else – most want to close at the same time.  That type of seller is not very common in today’s real estate market of distressed homes and short sale properties.

    The Foreclosure Seller.  We get approached by Banks to sell their foreclosure assets.  The primary thing that asset managers want is to be told the truth and not to be B.S.’d.  They want their agents to answer the phone or to call them back post haste.  Asset Managers and REO management companies want to have their email’s returned quickly with complete answers.  Another thing that the Foreclosure Management companies want is agents that will not bend the rules, show extreme diligence, and do what they are told.  However, they do not want robots.  They want solutions to problems as they present themselves – they want them to be vocal and to speak out with solutions.

    The Short Sale Seller/Owner. How can you find short sale sellers?  In today’s market the BEST short sale agents in the Santa Clarita Valley are talked about.  It is no longer the case that a person who is short selling their home look like a person with three eyes.  The Short Sale clients that had success with Their Chosen Santa Clarita Short expert – are telling others they know.  They are explaining to their family how they were protected and how the 1000 pound monkey, with sharp claws, was pried off of their back by The Paris911 team.
