    The latest in Foreclosure News from the Wire. We are still in a poor condition with Foreclosure inventory -However, the silver lining may come in the way of Notice of Default Filings.  Santa Clarita Real estate team

    We wrote yesterday about the NOD’s and the numbers that correspond to the Santa Clarita Valley cities.  They are still being recorded and folks are still having a hard time keeping current on their mortgages.  A silver lining for the Short Sale Seller is that the Debt Relief act has been extended until the end of this year.

    Getting a clean break is something that may not ever happen again. After 2 or 3 years, concluding a short sale, most past short sale sellers can purchase again.
