What we have seen with the condo’s and town-home market as of late.
Canyon Country Condo’s and Town-homes:
The median list price in Canyon Country CA this week, for a condo/town-home, is $163,750. That is an increase from last week.
The Price per square foot for a Canyon Country Condo has also increased to $150.00 a square foot. We are watching as the Canyon Country market continues to get hotter. More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices. Current supply and demand levels show no sign of prices changing from their current upward trend.
As far as price goes – Prices continue their climb again this week. We’re a long way from the market’s price high point so watch the Market Action index as an indicator of how long this trend will last.
FYI – the MAI, Market Action Index answers the question of “How’s the market?” by measuring the current rate of sale versus the amount of the inventory. Index above 30 implies Seller’s market conditions. Below 30, favors the buyer.
