We have a huge change in the abosorption numbers for the Santa Clarita Valley when you look at the comparison between November 2010 and the Final numbers for December of 2010.
We have also had a substantial price increase in closed Median Prices in the six cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley when comparing November 2010 to December 2010. The exact numbers were a Median Sold Price recorded closing out the Month of November 2010 was $315,000 – The closing numbers for December 2010 was $350,000 – That is a rise of $35,000 in median property sold prices. We need to get the January and February numbers for 2011 to really get a grasp of what is going on in the Santa Clarita Real Estate world.
