Canyon Country has experienced an approximate $50,000.00 price increase since March of 2013. This is for the Median Single Family Residence. Word on the street is that all of the Santa Clarita Valley real estate prices are going to start to taper to a leveling off point.
This is due to the increasing inventory and the increasing interest rates.
You can see that at the beginning of September 2013, we are close to a value of $396,434.00 – that is a 6 – 7 % increase during this time period.
Experts agree that we are in for a much slower increase toward the end of 2013.
