A finger in your eye? Searching with our SCVnest.com system is better than that.
You don’t have to worry about being scammed into viewing real estate listings which are not for sale. Those listings which have been staged for you to give up who you are and your personal and private information.
It happens, and the way you can guarantee you are not being gamed is by searching on a real MLS system for homes and real estate that is for sale.
Tuesdays is our Travel Tuesdays broadcast for real estate and homes. Where we display the most current real estate online intel so you can search better and get better intel than on any other real estate system.
We have been improving and displaying real estate search systems since 1998. In the beginning, they were horrible as compared with today. We were faced with “pushing” information to our clients in the beginning. You told me what you were looking for and I would send it. It was a very “one sided” business model.
The difference now is that you can search yourself. That is what made the real estate syndication websites so popular. You can search how you want to search. The problem, “no rules” with the displaying of real estate listings within the Syndication Websites.
They are able to display a home that was sold months ago. They can have a real estate listing that hasn’t sold in the past 10 years look as if it is for sale.
This search system is really amazing. The UI – User Interface is very pretty and functional. So you get the best of both worlds.
When you click on the map above you will see that you are going to be face to face with a map showing the current listings in all of the Southern California Cities.
Each will be in total – the real estate data directly from the source, the Local Boards of Realtors.
We have worked hard at keeping the data true to form.
I’ll give you an example of Bad Data. Zillow purports to be the “leader in Real Estate Syndication” – However – we had a listing that was assigned on Zillow where the price had to be changed manually. That is not good for our seller, nor the buyers who want to buy properties which are priced showing a reduction.
If they are really the leader and have full permissions, they should update themselves once a listing is changed in content, status, or price.
But, sadly, and appropriately, they do not! I’m Connor MacIvor with REMAX – make sure you check out our Housing Radio Show which lives at HousingRadio.com.
