    BombBomb is the video email response system we use. There is nothing like showing a person’s transparency in video.

    Responding in text is okay – but lacks the depth regarding non verbal transference that takes place during a video communique.

    In our real estate business, I am not in the position to attack those who are wanting to hire a real estate agent. In fact, quite the contrary, I want to show them who I am and to have my conveyance of identity to not be misunderstood.

    There is a certain warmth contained in the receiving of a personal video email. It’s like a warm comfy blanket or your favorite broken in lounge chair.

    Someone actually took the time to prepare, record and respond via a video which is personal to you.

    “Hey Gary, It’s Connor – thank you very much and I will see you at my office this coming Saturday at 2pm. If anything changes – let me know.”

    An example of a personal video email which is in response to a client who called in. He found us with a simple Google Search where we were at the top of the Search Engine Result Pages for Santa Clarita real estate.

    He wants to sit down and discuss buying his first condo in the Santa Clarita Valley. I’m honored and this is what I sent to him after getting back to my office.

    I also used the BombBomb mobile app to text message him the same video to his cell phone. This is seamless and very simple to do and is a great asset for my REMAX Real Estate Business.

    This video was one I produced showing agents who work for me within my SCVnest-Paris911 real estate group where the best location for real estate “open house” signs would be. It was very well received and I passed it along to many different agents for the open houses which were held at this Castaic CA home.

    Some of the other applications are those which involve quick, from the phone video emails. These can be easily captured via our bombbomb app which they offer for even the least expensive membership.

    AS you can see – I have had dental work done and don’t care who see’s it.

    Something you should know is you are able to capture a special thumbnail to be attached at the beginning of each email video which you send.
