    I cannot tell you how many times we have come into issues with some of the “internet” based Real Estate pricing systems.

    How much should I offerFirst and foremost – they are used for lead generation.  Each agent in the free world can pay for membership. When “joe citizen” wants to see how much his property is worth or wants to find a value on a property he want’s to buy, Joe’s personal information is sent to the agent or agents that are paying to get leads.

    Note, I said Agent or Agents…  I will tell you that there are many occasions that multiple real estate agents get the same lead. Can you imagine being that fella or gal that gave up their personal information.  It would almost become a case that they would need to change their cell phone numbers and email address.
