    Changes in the Santa Clarita real estate market can be monitored by looking to the new home builders and new home communities. If they start to slow their “pre-built” inventory, they may know something that most of those in real estate do not know or realize. I noticed this during the last fall of the real estate cycle, back in 2005, the new home builders started to slow “way” down.
