For home sellers – those who are newer to the act of selling real estate. I posted up this week a BEST Santa Clarita real estate article related to sellers feelings when a fast offer is received that is close or at full price. If I were selling my home and this scenario happened to me, I would have the same feelings of me being taken advantage of. I clear up this misconception and solve the seller’s regret riddle. Reckoning the intel provided by Corelogic relates to the places in the USA which have the strongest seller’s markets. Survey says the only state in the USA with a very weak seller’s market is Conneticut – Interesting. California – Super Strong as are Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Minnesota and Michigan. Changes in the Santa Clarita real estate market can be monitored by looking to the new home builders and new home communities. If they start to slow their “pre-built” inventory, they may know something that most of those in real estate do not know or realize. I noticed this during the last fall of the real estate cycle, back in 2005, the new home builders started to slow “way” down. They ridded themselves of standing inventory and started only taking orders for “build to own” homes. A couple of years later, the rest was history. Read more about who to watch in real estate.
BTW – regarding new homes. When you visit the new home centers and new builder communities, even when surfing their websites online, DO NOT GIVE UP ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON – IT WILL PREVENT ME FROM BEING ABLE TO REPRESENT YOU!
