    When starting in the business of real estate – We had some large bumps and obstacles that we had to overcome.

    First, when getting into any business, as a new-bee, it is best to ease into the water without too much “water displacement – waves” in the way of movement. The “Coming in splashing” scenario, does not get you any “points” with those that have been in the business.

    One HUGE advantage I had when starting in real estate had to do with me understanding the “chain of command”. Where other “new agents”, were tramping all of the place, making waves, not able to get their client’s offers accepted and not having anyone write on their Sellers Homes, we were in the background applying our “process”.

    From the beginning – understanding the “chain of command” – we were cordial with the more senior agents. We knew our place, we stood by, we listened, and we played the game.
