Average Days on Market up Nationally by REMAX International

    Top Santa Clarita RealtorsReal Estate and housing always has particular time frames.  The times in which it takes to sell home differ nationwide.

    But, I will say this, in some cities – such as San Francisco CA – they don’t last too long.

    In our local markets, we are seeing days on market averages that are less than the national numbers – but no where near as fast as in San Francisco 🙂

    When you are looking at the “overall picture” of the Santa Clarita Valley market, you will see that the listing prices are changing hand over fist.

    However, when we peer a little deeper, we see that the median home sales prices are staying steady, even creeping up just a little each month.

    While the climb is not going to be as fast as it was back from mid 2012 to October 2013 – it’s still climbing.
