    For those Valencia CA and Santa Clarita CA buyers, this will come as no surprise or shock.

    We have seen a Change of 13% when comparing today’s real estate data to one year ago – April 2014 compared to April 2013.

However, if you look at the months of February 2014 compared with April 2014, you will see we had one of the lowest “properties sold in Valencia” months in the last year of history related to the Valencia CA real estate market.

    Looking at the “under contract” real estate listings – those that have slipped into Back Up or Pending Status, you will see that April was much better than any other month in the past year.
