All of the Santa Clarita buyers are in the same boat

Just a quick word from REMAX Relocation Systems and the Paris911 Team. All of the buyers in today’s real estate market are in the same boat. They are all under the same “constrictive” inventory. They are all leaning hard on their agents expecting miracles. Click to see more about the Paris911 Team at REMAX

Miracles do exist – but it can be viewed as being lucky, as if winning the lottery. There are a few things that are going to happen in the coming months. One of the major players in the distressed and short sale venue just went belly up. They have sold their assets to another large lending firm. That “large lending firm” is going to potentially dump these properties onto the local markets for sale. Click to view the new foreclosure inventory in SCV

They just don’t do servicing of loans in Santa Clarita Valley – but they have enough inventory to make a lot of local buyers happy.

We are also watching as the “robo signing” has been turned down by three courts so far. They said the owners did not have a case and because it was done with “the hefe’s” authority – it would not be contested.

Remember, as you read these updates, I’m not a lawyer, legal clerk, or a greeter at Walmart (however, that sounds pretty nice). I’m a cop turned realtor and I say it like I see’s it 🙂 Check out our LAPD Real Estate Search Site.

Hang in there – things are a changing and a comin’ onto the local Santa Clarita market – be safe and let us know if we can help you. Check out the Newest additions to the Santa Clarita Inventory

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
