When we met in person with Carl, her husband, Kara came clean. She informed me that they had been working with a self proclaimed “woodlands in valencia ca” expert they had found on Trulia. I asked what the problems were. Kara explained that this agent did not know the first thing about the Woodlands. She kept asking how much the different association fee's were and this agent would dodge her. While this is a true, “Local Agent” event. When you can look at listings that are not on the market for sale, that is something that only “relationships amongst top producing real estate agents”, canaccomplish

With today's constrictive inventory – Local Agents Rule. I remember the time when a Monkey could make a living selling houses. Today, those monkey's are out of the business and only the “best and most serious” realtors are in the trenches, being successful. (no offence to monkeys)
When you have successful clients, you have a successful business and you are a success to boot.
I definitely thought this was worth mentioning. If you are looking for local – real estate – agents – with a speciality on a specific community, do some googling. Type in their names followed by that specific community to see what they are writing about and if they can add value to you.
