This audio podcast was completed last night just before midnight near our home in Valencia CA. I say near – because I was outside, I did not want to wake our youngest – he caught my strep ;( yuck.
So – Hurricane Sandy is not quite there, to New York, yet – hopefully she will die before her center hits land. However, the center is not always the worst part of a hurricane.
In the Santa Clarita cities – inventory has been reduced to about 1.5 months as it relates to Absorption rate. The absorption rate is the time it would take for the current inventory to be reduced to zero at the current rate that homes are being sold. In a “healthy market” that absorption rate is anywhere from 6 to 8 months. I don’t argue, I just perform 🙂 – So, I sent her the link to our Foreclosure Search engines that we let our clients use so they get the most recent foreclosure access – with Bank owned and Real estate owned renderings.
